We, ViRTU.PEOPLE, offer both lateral entrants and people who have already completed their training an online or hybrid course for remote productions tailered to their needs. 

A hybrid training model includes an online basic training and a parctical training on site. 

We do not only show a new way of educational training for media productions thanks to our cloud-based training platfrom, but also because of the focus on remote live productions. 

The workfield of media technicians is changing rapidly. Always with our fingers on the pulse of the times, thanks to the training we enable remote processing of media productions. 

All participants can work from home both during the training and in their later work within the media sector. Which leads to better work-life balance.

 By means of an automated initial test (multiple choice), the specification of references, interests and wishes, we identify the realistic possibilities of the training course in advance. In a feedback round with the participants, we determine the tailored training for each individual (refreshing knowledge, specific training, remote application training, etc.)
